#1 US/Mexico/Bahamas/Hawaii/French Polynesia 1 resort and no island hopping included:

$50.00 per 3 additional quotes for new clients who are asking for any additional quotes past the 6 initial free quotes (6 initial free quotes include 2 destinations.

#2 Europe or island hopping packages:

$150.00 per additional quote past the 1 initial and 1 adjustment . Island hopping and european packages take time and include tours, rail, air travel, accomodations and more. This takes time and planning and is completely personalized to your prefrences. small adjustments like removal of certain items can mess with the rail times etc. the initial meeting is so important because this gives us everthing we need to know on what you are looking for.

Pricing for just ACCOMMODATION or airfare is free of charge.

Group Travel pricing:

weddings-we provide a local wedding planner which fee is SEPARATE from ours. they specialize in the location and know all the local vendors to make your day a special one. We cover the planning of the accomodations and travel for the wedding party, family and guests. We also handle the honeymoon. we also provide a honeymoon personalized website for honeymoon travel funds and for the wedding itself.

the charge for this is A $400.00 planning and tech fee

birthdays and reunions etc- we provide the group planning and booking for travel. we also provide an easy group booking page personalized to your group with your travel information. we book any excursions and tours that you would like scheduled for your trip and provide some great group etcs which depend on the location and the resort chosen. We do get special group rates for your travel. this is for groups of 10 rooms or more.

The charge for this is A $250.00 planning and tech fee

cancellation policy

this is beyond the cancellation policies for the hotels, resorts, suppliers and airlines which have their own policies that are given to you upon your invoice.

all trips cancelled regardless of having travel insurance will be imposed

a cancellation fee

trip costs under $1000.00...$50.00 fee

trip costs $1000.00-$5000.00....$150.00 fee

Trip costs that are greater than $5000.00....$250.00 fee

*****this will be in addition to the cost of the travel insurance if you had purchased with your vacation package

**starting in july we will be taking ach payments. there will be a charge for any return payments. the cost will be $70.00. if ther is multiple returns you will not be allowed to use the ach payment option for all future travel.
