Starting on May 7, 2024 Payments will be made directly on the invoice emailed to you. The invoice includes a small processing fee from the card processing company for each payment. Starting July 1, 2024 We will begin to accept ACH payments. However, to be able to use this payment option, you will need to make payment at least 7 days before the final payment due.

There may be certain instances depending on your trip where you will have to use the payment link below authorizing payment for your travel. Your agent will let you know if this is the case. An example would be if final payment is due in less than 72 hours. Payments not made prior to the 72 hour mark will have to be processed manually to confirm the payment has been completed and trip has been paid in full without risk of processing time missing the deadline.
